This program is high quality date/time stamp folder based voice recorder that records in wave 44Khz (88K/Sec.) and then allows you to convert the wave to the compressed AAC format 44Khz (6K/Sec.). You can play these compact AAC encoded files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Select a folder and 'New' from the toolbar to start the recorder. The AAC encoder is from 'falab' - free algorithm lab.
