This program is a high quality file named based voice recorder that records in wav 44Khz (88K/Sec.) and allows you to compress the final wav to the compressed AAC format 44Khz (6K/Sec.). You can play these compact AAC files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Use the folder based interface to select a folder to store your recordings. The AAC encoders is from 'falab' - free algorithm lab.
