This program can be used to record and playback lengthy voice dictation AAC audio files. The program records with real time audio compression to AAC format. When you tap on a AAC file the program will play the file and you can use the scroll bar to seek the position in the file. The AAC encoder is from 'falab' - free algorithm lab.
