This program allows you to compose a AC3 32kbs audio recording and send it quickly via Bluetooth to another PocketPC. The program converts the recording to a compressed AC3 32Kbs bitrate for faster transfers. The AC3 codec is from 'Aften: A/52 audio encoder (c) 2006 Justin Ruggles 'jruggle@eathlink.net'
