This program is a folder button based voice recorder that records in wav and converts to compact AC3 (32kbs) format when you stop the recording. You can play these compact AC3 audio files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Create a category folder and for each folder you can make 100 voice notes. The AC3 codec is from 'Aften: A/52 audio encoder (c) 2006 Justin Ruggles 'jruggle@eathlink.net'
