This program is date/time stamp folder based voice recorder that records in high quality WAV 44Kbs (88K/Sec.) and allows you to convert the final wave file to the compressed AC3 audio format (32-640kbs). Select a folder and 'New' from the toolbar to start the recorder. The AC3 codec is from 'Aften: A/52 audio encoder (c) 2006 Justin Ruggles 'jruggle@eathlink.net'
