This program converts a stereo AC3 audio file into a wav audio file and a stereo wav file into an AC3 file. Use the folder based interface to select a folder on your storage card and when you tap on an AC3 file the program will convert the file to WAV. To play a AC3 file tap on it. The AC3 codec is from 'Aften: A/52 audio encoder (c) 2006 Justin Ruggles 'jruggle@earthlink.net'. The AC3 decoder libs are from 'Li Feng, fli_linux@yahoo.com.cn'
