This program is a compact ADPCM68000 audio codec voice recorder that sends the compact ADPCM68000 file via your ISPs SMTP email servers (to save on data charges). Tap the 'Record' button to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the compressed ADPCM68000 audio file format and sends it via your SMTP servers. The other person can use the PocketPC ADPCM68000Player(c) to play the audio file.
