This program is high quality date/time stamp folder based voice recorder that records in WAV 8Kbs (16K/Sec.) and allows you to convert the final wave file to the compressed AMR 8Kbs (1.4K/Sec.) format. You can play these ultra-compact AMR encoded files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Select a folder and 'New' from the toolbar to start the recorder. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
