This program is a voice actuated AMR audio voice recorder that does real time compression to the AMR audio file format. Select 'Start/Stop' from the toolbar and use the slider to adjust the sound trigger level to your current room settings. When the sound in the room is above the slider level then the program will start the recorder. The recorder stops once the sound level is back to pre-trigger levels. You can also customize the actuation settings. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
