This program is a folder button based voice recorder that does real time audio compression to AMR format. You can play these ultra-compact AMR audio files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Create a category folder and for each folder you can make 100 voice notes. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
