This program converts a AMR audio file into a wav audio file and a WAV file into an AMR file. Use the folder based interface to select a folder on your storage card and when you tap on an AMR file the program will convert the file to WAV. To play a AMR file tap on it. The AMR encoding/decoding is '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
