This program allows you play AMR compressed audio files without the AMR codec. Use the built in file explorer to locate a folder of AMR files and when you tap on a file the program converts the AMR file into a WAV file and plays it in the built in player. The AMR decoding is '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
