This is a date based AMR voice recorder with a built in AMR decoder and player. Select the folder to store your recordings and select 'Record' from the toolbar. The program will record your voice and when you tap the 'Stop' button convert the wave file to an AMR audio file. When you tap on a AMR file the program will uncompress it to a WAV file and play it in the built in player. The AMR encoding/decoding is '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
