This program allows you to compose a AMR-WB (Wide band) audio recording and send it quickly via Bluetooth to another Bluetooth enabled device. The program converts the recording to a compressed AMR-WB 16Kbz for faster transfers. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
