This program is a categorized folder based voice recorder that compresses the final wave to AMR-WB (Wide Band). Select the storage folder on startup. You can make category folders and for each fold record 9999 voice notes. Each time you record your voice the program will compact the wav file to AMR-WB. The AMR WB encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
