This program is a compressed AMR-WB voice recorder that allows you to send the compact AMR-WB file via Pocket OutLook. This helps you to save on data charges. Select your email settings and enter the email address to send to. When you tap the button the program starts the voice recorder and when you tap the button again it stops the recorder and converts the wave to AMR and sends it via Email. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
