This program is a AMR-WB voice recorder that sends the final compact AMR-WB file as an email attachment via your ISPs SMTP server. You can use this to save on data charges. Enter the email address of the person you want to send the email to and tap the button to start the voice recorder. When you tap the button to stop the recorder the program sends the AMR file via your ISPs SMTP server. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
