This program allows you to record your voice and converts the wav file to an AMR-WB compressed file and creates a email template with the AMR file attached. You can use this program to save on data charges. Simply tap the button to start the voice recorder and when you tap the button again it will convert the wave file to an AMR file and create an email template with the AMR file attached. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
