This program is a AMR-WB audio player that works in a file explorer interface. Use the built in file explorer to locate the AMR-WB audio files folder. When you tap on a audio file the program will decompress the audio to WAV and play it in the built in player. The AMR WB decoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
