This program is a calendar dated folder based voice recorder that allows you to compact the wave file to the 16kbs AMR-WB (Wide band) audio format and decompress (play) in the built in player. You can play these ultra-compact AMR encoded audio files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Use the calendar to select a date folder and create your recording. The AMR encoder and decoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
