This program is high quality date/time stamp folder based voice recorder that records in WAV 16Kbs and allows you to convert the final wave file to the compressed AMR-WB (Wide Band) 16kbs format and decompress in the built in player. You can play these ultra-compact AMR-WB encoded files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Select a folder and 'New' from the toolbar to start the recorder. The ARM-WB compression/decompression Codec is from '3GPP AMR Wideband Floating-point Speech Codec'
