This program is a high quality auto-number voice recorder that allows you to compress the final 16Khz wave file into the compressed AMR WB (Wide Band) 16Khz audio file format and also decompress back to WAV file format as well as play it in the built in AMR player. Use the folder based interface to select a folder to store your recordings. When you tap on an AMR file you can play it or decompress it back into a wave file. The AMR WB encoder and decoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
