This program is a high quality auto-number voice recorder that allows you to compress the final 16Khz wave file into the compressed AMR-WB (Wide Band) 16Khz audio file format and also decompress back to WAV file format and play it with the built in player. You can play these ultra-compact AMR-WB encoded files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Use the folder based interface to select a folder to store your recordings. The AMR WB encoder and decoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
