This program allows you to convert a JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF or PNG image file to a single frame AVI video. You can use the built in file explorer to locate a image file and when you tap on it you can view it in the built in viewer and convert it to a single frame AVI video. You can also customize the number of seconds for the frame. The AVI encoder is from 'EasyBMPtoAVI by Paul Macklin'
