This program allows you to compile a folder of JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF or PNG image files to a single AVI video. Select the folder with the images with the built in file explorer and select 'Compose Video' from the toolbar. You can also customize the number of seconds for each frame. The AVI encoder is from 'EasyBMPtoAVI by Paul Macklin'
