This program converts JPEG/PNG/GIF/BMP or TIFF image file into a text based html image file. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and tap on the file to convert to a html page. You can select the percentage of the original image file to use as a canvass. The program uses a special algorithm to create the HTML pages.
