This program allows you to create an angle image of a bitmap with a built in angle editor with white printable background. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the slider to adjust the angle of the picture. When done select 'Save BMP' from the toolbar to export the bitmap image file and view in your image viewer. The angle effect filter is from 'alterG 21.02.2017 alterg@niuitmo.ru'
