This program allows you to create a censored image of a bitmap with a built in editor and share the cropped image via your ISPs SMTP email servers. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the sliders to adjust the picture. When done select 'Send Email' from the toolbar to send the censored image via email. The bitmap libs are from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
