This program allows to to select a encrypted BMP image file and decrypts the bitmap into a regular bitmap and displays in your picture viewer. Simply press the button to select the bitmap to decrypt and enter the name for the new bitmap. The program then displays the decrypted bitmap with your picture viewer.
