This program allows to to select a BMP image file and encrypts the bitmap into a scrambled bitmap and allows you to view the encrypted file in your picture viewer. Simply press the button to select the bitmap to encrypt and enter the name for the new bitmap. The new bitmap is not viewable without the PocketPC BMPENCRYPTDecrypt(c) app.
