This program allows you to create and edit 240x268 - 256 colour drawings and share them via your ISPs SMTP mail servers (to save on data charges). Simply draw the image and select 'Send Email' from the toolbar to send the RLE compressed bitmap via email attachment. The program uses BMP-RLE compression/decompression on the BMP images to save storage space and data charges. The bitmap bit conversion C++ source is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
