This program allows you to use your camera to compose rotated images of a pictures with a built in rotate editor. Tap the 'picture' button to take a picture of an object. Tap on the camera image file to view it in the editor. Use the slider to adjust the angle of the picture. When done select 'Save BMP' from the toolbar to export the bitmap image file. The rotate effect filter is from the open source C++ BitmapEX project.
