This program allows you to create a rotated image of a bitmap with a built in editor and share the image via your Gmail account. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the sliders to adjust the picture angle. When done select 'Send Email' from the toolbar to share the cropped bitmap image via your gmail server. The rotate effect filter is from the open source C++ BitmapEX project.
