This program allows you to create a rotated image of a bitmap with a built in editor and share the rotated image via Pocket OutLook. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the slider to adjust the angle of the picture. When done select 'Send Email' from the toolbar to share the rotated image via Pocket OutLook. The rotate effect filter is from the open source C++ BitmapEX project.
