This program allows you to create a rotated JPEG/BMP/TIFF/GIF or PNG image with a built in editor and save the new image file to a JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF or BMP file. Use the file based explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the slider to adjust the angle of the picture. When done select 'Save' from the toolbar to save the image file. The rotate effect filter is from the open source C++ BitmapEX project.
