This program is a heavily compact BOR audio codec voice recorder that sends the compact BOR file via Pocket OutLook (to save on data charges). Tap the 'Record' button to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the heavily compressed BOR audio file format and sends it via Pocket OutLook.. The other person can use the PocketPC BORPlayer(c) to play the audio file.
