This program is a compact BOR audio codec voice recorder that records the compact BOR files as folder based number files in the current folder. Select 'Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the heavily compressed BOR audio file format and stores it in the current folder. The program also has a built in BOR player.
