This program is 8Khz audio voice recorder that instantly compresses the final audio file to a incredibly compact CODEC2 (C2) audio file format (to save on data charges) and creates a blank email template with the C2 audio file attached. Tap the button and the program will record your voice and when you tap the 'Stop Record' button the program instantly converts the audio file to a C2 (Codec2) format and creates the blank email template with the C2 file as attachment.
