This program allows you to record your voice or sounds and assign it as a Pocket OutLook contact ringtone. Tap the button to start the recorder and again to stop. You can preview the voice ring-tone by re-pressing the button. If you like the sound file then select 'Set RingTone' from the toolbar to copy the wav file to the ringtone folder and assign the ringtone to a Pocket OutLook contact.
