This program allows you to make TTS (Text to Speech) ring-tones and assign them to contacts in your Pocket OutLook contacts. Enter the text and select your language and tap the button to download and preview the Mp3 file. Use the toolbar selection to copy the ring-tone to the ring-tones folder and assign the ring-tone to an OutLook2002 contact. The TTS service is provided by www.Google.com
