This program allows you to text chat across a room with a person or group of people via DTMF tones. Enter the text to send and tap the 'Send' button and the program will convert the text to ASCII text and send via DTMF tones to another user with the PocketPC DTMFSChat(c) app. The program monitors your audio for incoming DTMF tones and decodes then in real time. The DTMF audio decoder is based on the 'Goertzel Algorithm'.
