This program converts an older PocketPC with TV out into a DTMF programmable store window sign. Use the PocketPC DTMFSSignTexter(c) to send the text messages and the program displays them on the large label. Connect the PocketPC to the TVOut of an older TV set and place in your store window. When you want to change the text of the sign use the PocketPC DTMFSSignTexter(c) to update the store window display. The DTMF audio decoder is based on the 'Goertzel Algorithm'.
