This program is a folder based full-featured bitmap drawing tool creator/editor that allows you to compose and edit 240x268 pixel BMP images an apply 33 image effects on them. The 24-Bit -> 8-Bit bitmap conversion from the libraries originally created by Ephraim Cohen (c)1996. The effect filters is from the open source C++ BitmapEX project.
