This program batch converts a folder of JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF or BMP images from a selection of 33 types of image effects. You can preview the image effect on a image and then select to save the converted folder into JPEG, PNG, TIF, GIF or BMP format. The effect filters is from the open source C++ BitmapEX project.
