This program allows you to select a PNG, JPEG, TIFF, BMP or GIF image and does a blackness filter on it. You can then export the image to a JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG or TIFF image file. The effect C++ source is from 'Image Synthesis with EasyBMP' from sonama.edu. The bitmap libs are from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' ©2006 Paul Macklin. The JPEG is from 'JpegFile - A C++ class to allow reading and writing of RGB and Grayscale JPEG images' © 1997, Chris Losinger. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
