This program allows you to select a TIFF, PNG, BMP, GIF or JPEG image and does a 'Sobel BW trace' filter on the image. You can then export the image to a JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG or TIFF image file. The JPEG is from 'JpegFile - A C++ class to allow reading and writing of RGB and Grayscale JPEG images' © 1997, Chris Losinger. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group. The sobel source is from 'Wagner Correa at Princeton, 1999 turned to C++ by Robert Osada, 2000'
