This program allows you to upload files to the public/private folders of a secure remote FTP server and creates a tiny 'frl' file on shortcut on your PocketPC that you can share or use to download the file directly of the FTP server. When you upload a file the .frl file is created in the current folder. Tap on the frl link to download the file off of the FTP server and execute in the associated application.
