This program is a compact G722 audio codec voice recorder that sends the compact G722 file via email template (to save on data charges). Tap the 'Record' button to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the compressed G722 audio file format and creates a email template. The other person can use the PocketPC G722Player(c) to play the audio file. The G722 codec is from 'Written by Steve Underwood steveu@coppice.org'
