This program is a compact G729 audio codec voice recorder that sends the compact G729 file via Pocket OutLook (to save on data charges). Tap the 'Record' button to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the compressed G729 audio file format and sends it via Pocket OutLook.. The other person can use the PocketPC G729Player(c) to play the audio file.
